Japanese designer soup ladle, perfectly weighted to stand independently. Designed with the limited space availability of the typical Japanese kitchen in mind, Tate Otama takes up less workspace than a ladle that needs to be laid down to rest when not in use. It also happens to look really stylish on your kitchen surface! Beautifully finished & packaged, the clean lines of Tate Otama make it the ideal gift for the contemporary kitchen.
Comments from the designer: Cooking space can be limited when living a cramped city life. In order to take advantage of what little space is available & make cooking more enjoyable, I wanted to design a ladle that you can stand up instead of placing on its side. The bottom part of the ladle is flat, but food can still be scooped easily with the curved inside of this new-style ladle.
