I forged the chandelier frame by hand using 20gauge sterling silver wire & wrapped it with very thin fine silver wire & attached shaded ruby roundells in the circle. These chandelier earrings are little over 2.5inch from top to bottom & center ruby is 16x 22mm & small ones on either side is 7x 10mm & I topped them with shaded ruby roundells & pink sapphire roundells. Ruby Nettle Leaf Bowl

Beautiful ruby glass bowl, engraved with fine nettle leaves. This bowl is one of the 'Hedgerow' designs. A series which includes Field Maple, Nettle, Hawthorn Leaf, Dandelion and Clover. Made by Gillies Jones, a creative partnership & contemporary studio glass based in North Yorkshire since 1995. We make stunning bowls, to look at, use, or give as a gift (clearly influenced by iconic Scandinavian design) Fine, beautiful, timeless glass that reflects the calmness and skill of our craftsmanship, our search for beauty, our passion for pure colour and clean lines. Each bowl is hand made in small numbers in North Yorkshire and signed by Stephen Gillies & Kate Jones. Gillies Jones have designed limited batch production bowls for many well respected stores including Libertys,
Conran, Barneys & Gumps. Due to the labour intensive crafts process and small numbers made each year they now almost exclusively sell their work directly from their own studio. Their extravagant individual works are on display in numerous Museum Collections including the V&A. Size Approx H15cm
