Add a text message, place your order & send us your image. This can be a scanned image or a photo (formats: JPG, GIF or PNG) & should be good resolution (at least 0.5 MB). The best results come from high-contrast drawings of dark, thick lines on a white background: felt tip on white paper is ideal. Drawings that are blurred, fuzzy or with poor contrast don't process well. If we cant use the image you send us, we'll let you know & you can upload another. The process won't pick up every detail, but it will be as accurate as possible. Please note, we sometimes move parts of the drawing slightly to fit the frame as well as possible: if you don't want this, please indicate so in the options & we will restrict editing to just resizing the whole image 'as is' to fit the frame. The laser burns part way into the wood, & can sometimes give a slightly smokey tinge to the surrounding wood: all part of the charm!
