The larger of the two floor lamps & designed to reach over the sofa or armchair, the beauty of this piece is in the simplicity of the design. Consisting of one steam bent curve of English Oak with a small groove on the outer surface, allowing the black braided flex to run elegantly up & over the bend. The curved stem sits on a solid Oak base, enabling it to slide under a seat. The Oak Floor lamp No.1 can be used with any of our pendant light shades featured in our shop. We recommend using it with our large Oak Helix lampshade or a medium Pendant No.1 in Oak. Both options are available in the drop down menu below. Each one is handmade at our workshop in Cornwall To be used with an E27 Energy Saving Bulb max 25 watt (equivalent to 125 watt) Wiring included, E27 lamp holder fitting & foot switch

Its beauty lies in the natural effect of weatheingon the rock hard timber. The Glass is reused from 19th century greenhouse windows. (Also available is mirror, which is new) The back board is reused under floor boarding. There are a number of frames in this style & we are able to produce frames to specific sizes if required, however the Oak is limited in amount & therefore the pieces are a one off batch limited edition.
