The Menu Wine Breather Carafe effectively ages & improves red wine by ensuring optimum aeration in only a few minutes. This ingenious design comes from Scandinavian purists Norm from an idea by wine expert Peter Orsig. Its like cellaring your wine for months _ in minutes. All you have to do is fix the special drip-free lid to your bottle of wine & pour it into the modern, attractive decanter. In so doing the maximum surface area of the wine is exposed to oxygen _ driving out sulphites that have done their job & releasing the time-less soul of newer wines & the distinctive elegance of the more mature. This beautiful carafe with its pour perfect neck can be used to dispense your wine _ or it can be further aerated by pouring it back, in exactly the same way, into the original bottle.
