Garden Trough Dining Table
Our Garden Trough Dining Table is a beautifully simple and natural piece of furniture with a clever, useful twist.
This table from our Rustic collection features a sunken zinc trough down the centre which transforms it into a rather special garden dining table.
For an evening of entertainment outdoors fill the trough with ice to chill your wines and beers at the table. For food lovers, utilise the trough to grow herbs such as basil, parsley and mint, cut and serve fresh at the table straight onto your plate or bbq. For more decorative purposes simply use your trough as planter and have a living centrepiece sat in the middle of your table.
Solid, chunky and hard wearing, this Canadian Yellow Pine table is finished in a weather proof clear varnish to show the natural beauty and
colour of the wood (other coloured stains or colours available on request for a small additional fee. (Contact us for more details) Each table is made to order and available in a range of sizes, the price shown (and the table shown in the image) is for a 5ft by 3ft table. This size table comfortably seats 4, however 6 is possible. Two zinc troughs measuring 50cm x 17cm are supplied with the table so you can easily alternate the use. A larger 70cm trough is supplied with the larger tables. Small gaps between the table surface allow rain water to run off in less favourable weather Co-ordinating chairs and bench in various sizes also available.
