Artist : Clara Tchekmeian Support : White cardboard picture frame Quantity : Limited edition, 300 copies - Desuetude - Biography : Born in Paris from english and armenian parents, Clara Tchekmeian was, at first, a jurist after studying in a law university. After a few time in an office, she decided to quit this narrow world to become a photographer. Mainly self-educated, she immerses herself fully in the world of photography. She learns the basis by herself, then thanks to great meetings, she get her first experience in studio. Beside, she is a free lance photographer, and she enjoys doing portaits, still lifes and weird places. Coming from an alternative culture, Clara Tchekmeian has gradually developped different sets, around themes which are often dark and
mystical. From her law studies, she kept a sens of discipline and order, which is paradoxally confronting an irresistible urge of madness and colors in her visual language. She is currently exhibiting at the Centre Culturel Jean Verdier, 11 rue.. . and will also exhibit at the Ministere.... Your home deserves art photography! Contemporary art photographs, glass framed in limited edition (Between 300 and 500 copies). Each of these pictures are signed and numbered by the photographer. They are sold with a certificate of authenticity. Our idea, innovative in interior decoration, is to allow the greater number of people to acquire art photographs. Therefor professional contemporary artists have accepted to make available their photographs and increase their printing.
