Donald Short's Blue Prints are made using a CYANOTYPE process invented by the British astronomer Sir John Herschel in 1842 & first used in the botanical photograms of his friend, Anna Atkins. This process was later adopted as a simple way of replicating architectural plans. Each image is created on hand made photo-sensitized paper, limited to signed editions of 100/250 & framed in a high quality white mount with wrapper.
