This super quilt uses sackcloth print fabrics of the 1940's. Did you know in America when the times were tough women would make dresses out of the sack cloth that feed would be delivered in, a clever manufacture caught on to this and started producing the feed sacks in floral prints, thus making their product the lead seller in the marketplace over night! soon they all caught on, and now we can enjoy those fabrics as reprints. It is backed in burnt red dooy fabic and strip on the florals seen on the front, bound with a mustard floral fabric. Measuring 52 x 65 inches it is the perfect size to snuggle up on the sofa, throw over a single bed or your armchair, even use as a picnic blanket. Machine pieced and quilted. Binding hand sewn. Washed to bring out the crinkly goodness.
Straight line machine quilted. Machine wash 40 deg or under, . Low heat tuble dry. 100% Cotton and warn and lit (100% cotton batting) This will last a life time and more. Handmade in the UK Made with love sewn in Blondedesign
