The source photograph for this scarf was taken by my eldest son who at the time was just 6 years old. If you want to know what is going on inside a childs head I would suggest giving them a camera for the afternoon, Sure you'll get hundreds of frames of out of focus shots of their toys but you'll also get an idea of what inspires them. This shot was taken very close to home, we are fortunate enough to live near a nature reserve & on an afternoon stroll we trusted our son with the camera & came back with a few shots that we knew would work well as a scarf design.
