Rest assured that the 2013 version of the Fish delivers, Burton have shoe-horned all the technical innovations required for powder domination into a Nug Raduced footprint making the Fish the most manoeuvrable swallowtail we have had the pleasure of ripping around on. Nug Radution basically optimises the waist width, length, effective edge & flex of the board allowing you to downsize 3 to 6 cm from your normal board length without sacrificing speed, pop, control or, most importantly, float, handy when you’re lining up the cliff drop into a tree filled landing zone! The Fish features Burton’s S-Rocker profile which has conventional camber under the back binding with reverse camber from outside the front binding giving unbelievable float without sacrificing control & making back leg fatigue a thing of the past. This combined with the elliptical nose shape to plough through deep snow & crud, enough carbon to build a new life form & a super fast sintered WFO base make the 2013 Fish the pinnacle of its evolution to date.
