2013 and features an
all-new hi-back, the
Kickback Hammock, which
promises a new direction
for binding technology
and less fatigue for
those on board. The
Kickback Hammock has been
designed to increase
response while absorbing
unwanted vibrations and
it does this by breaking
a conventional hi-back in
half and adding a spring
between the harder back
section of the hi-back
and a rubbery boot
hugging inner section.
The spring acts as a
buffer between board
chatter and your boot
adding a level of
absorption while the
rubbery inner section of
the hi-back suspends your
boot away from the harder
part of the hi-back to
add another layer of
suspension. The hi-back
is kept responsive due to
the dynamic interaction
between the spring and
your suspended heel so
when you put the energy
into the binding on the
heel side the transfer is

Kickback Hammock, which

Kickback Hammock has been
