This style of headset means there are no 'cups' & as such the bearings press directly into the frame making for a much quicker & easier fitment. The Seal BMX 45/45 Integrated headset uses 2 japanese fully sealed bearings for smooth, fast operation & comes supplied with 1x Lower crown race, 2x Fully Sealed Bearings, 1x Upper Crown Race & 1x Top cap cover.
