Our 1.2mm titanium  Black PVD Labrets are made from highly polished implant grade titanium, making them suitable for initial piercing as well as healed piercings.  Labrets are widely used for lip & cheek piercings including the Monroe Piercing. They are also ideal to use in tragus piercing with a small jewel ball add on. They come in a range of lengths from 6mm to 12mm. Black Labret
