The hi-specification colour & infrared camera is located in the upper chamber but can be taken out after nesting season & repositioned on bird tables, feeders or anywhere else around your garden. The hinged lid makes it quick & simple to remove the camera. The Nestbox itself prevents predation & inside of the box there is good illumination thanks to the perspex panel meaning that there is enhanced colour resolution for your filming. Face your nestbox North or South East away from the prevailing wind & position about 2 metres high on a fence, wall or tree making sure that it is secure from predators.
