The Raleigh Sprint road bike is an ideal road bike to introduce a rider to STI shifters. 16 speed 2300 Shimano gears with finger tip STI shifters as part of the brake levers, 50/34T alloy chain wheel with 12-25T rear cassette. Lightweight alloy road frame with steel unicrown race forks that are mudguard compatible. Equipped with 28mm road tyres, with deep V double walled rims & alloy caliper brakes this bike is very adaptable. The Raleigh Sprint could have mudguards & a rear carrier fitted so as well as being a solid road bike it could be considered as a fast commuter bike, light touring bike or as a winter training bike. 2 frame sizes are available: 47cm frame is suitable for inside leg range of 28" to 33" 55cm frame is suitable for inside leg range of 31" to 36"
