Long Lasting. You will be so impressed with the quality of the Victoria towel rail that you will want to keep it looking this good. To ensure longevity, the Victoria towel rail has undergone a triple layer plating process. 1) Firstly, a layer of copper is applied to the low carbon steel, this greatly improves the bonding with the chrome. 2) Then 3 layers of Nickel are applied, forming a formidable barrier against rust. 3) Finally, 60 microns of chrome are added to complete the protection.
