Fits over existing floors & is only 18mm in depth making it ideal for renovation or new-build projects, Compatible with standard central heating boilers, & especially suited to condensing boilers, Use Overlay Lite for lightweight floor coverings; for heavyweight coverings such as ceramic tiles or solid wood, use Overlay panels, When fitting carpet or vinyl, first fix a 6mm layer of plywood using a contact adhesive, then lay your floor on top as normal, Suitable for use with both traditional & low-temperature renewable systems, This kit will cover 20 square meters, This box contains: 28 Overlay Lite boards, 2 80m pipe coil, tape, 4 packs of end return panels, 2 pack of adaptor packs (pack of 2) & 1 pump, Ensure your central heating system has been properly maintained & is working efficiently before installation, The kit will raise floor height by an additional 18mm so a doorway threshold strip may be required, When installing carpet an additional 10mm height increase must be made to allow for Ply/MDF cover layer, Can be installed as part of your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom project
