New for 2016! Prologo has created a new TT & TRI saddle: The T-Gale family is flat & designed to give the best performance & comfort during TT events & Triathlons. Tested in the wind tunnel this saddle has highly technological features & an unique design. The nose is 4cm shorter than a normal saddle; it is perfect for the rider to exert maximum power in aerodynamic positions over a long time. Specfications: Size (mm): 240 * 128 Weight (gr): 222 Base: Carbon Fiber Injection Rails: Nack Cover: Microfiber Technologies:PAS: Perineal Area System: this special cutaway technology eliminates pressure spikes & numbness in the pelvic area. Unlike regular cut-outs the particular shape of the foam mold leaves the base intact & ensures that the saddle remains durable over time. This ensures a continuity of the pelvis movement even after many kilometres. The result is comfort & performance over long rides. It’s compatible with both male & female anatomies. Nack: Nano carbon fibre rail. In addition to the carbon Kevlar & aluminium filaments are integrated into the seat-post clamp area & are arranged in a production process called Braided Carbon Rail (BCR) to give strength. Nack rails provide the optimal weight & durability required of a performance saddle. It has 7x 9mm oval rails suitable for 9mm clamps.ESD: Ergo Shape Design: This is a refined saddle shape developed as a result of biomechanical studies done by Prologo over several years. ESD saddles feature a slender front area & a short rear area that quickly reaches maximum width. This permits a round pedal stroke allowing the rider to maintain a natural position. The legs of the cyclist have more space during all phases of the pedal stroke reducing friction & increasing alignment & performance. Finally the opening swift of the rear part of the saddle helps the rider to find the correct support & support of the ischial bones. This prevents sliding forward & any rotation of the pelvis. Transition Hook: A special hook on the front of the saddle so you can hook the bike up ready for transitions.
