The Monitor Audio ST-2 Universal Speaker Stands are designed to partner with the Monitor Audio Platinum 100 3G & Monitor Audio Gold 100 but will complement just about any bookshelf speaker. Placing the speaker at a raised listening height the ST-2 stands help to produce an open sound that will reach every corner of your room. The extruded aluminium pole piece is acoustically lined with absorbent material & offers internal dampening to ensure great stability. Isolation pads sit between the speaker & the surface of the steel top plate to reduce any unwanted vibrations that could affect the sound. Equipped with height-adjustable spikes & feet the ST-2 stands will let you create a sound that suits you & maintains optimal rigidity on hard or carpeted flooring. The die-cast aluminium plinth acts as a solid base for the ST-2 stands with the additional weight plates allowing for superior balance.
