The KEF R3 Bookshelf Speakers (Pair) is a pair of three-way bookshelf speakers for home entertainment systems. Offering the same top-range drivers as KEFs flagship R11 speakers the R3 gives a full & balanced sound. The R3 take advantage of the renowned Uni-Q driver arrays which place the tweeters in the acoustic centre of the woofer cones for a coherent detailed sound free from phase issues. To further enhance its driver performance the R3 also features a Shadow Flare surface design which minimises diffraction & increases the waveguide effect from the tweeters design. These bookshelf speakers combine dedicated low-frequency drivers with a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) port to enhance bass. Internal cabinet bracing also prevents resonances from the materials of the speaker so the R3s output is pure to get the very most out of its advanced driver designs.
