The Bowers & Wilkins CCM7.3 S2 is a three-way in-ceiling speaker with a versatile amount of uses. This is a powerhouse speaker able to be used in home theatre systems or stereo music systems with great performance in both circumstances. The speaker features three ranges of speakers with the one-inch Carbon Dome tweeter the four-inch Continuum cone mid-range & the two five-inch bass cones with Aerofoil profile designs. Bowers & Wilkins Aerofoil bass cones were originally developed for the 800 Series Diamond range & then adapted for the 700 series conventional speakers. With a paper skin & a composite core these cones perform with low distortion & an accurate bass response that is free from colouration. The technology employed in this speaker unit has been developed by some of the best acoustic engineers in the world. All their knowledge & experience can be heard throughout the entire CI700 range.
