Pamukkale, with its dazzling white, stalactite andlsquo;castlesandrsquo;, is a magical natural site, unique in the world, situated close to the ruins of Hierapolis. Warm, calcium rich thermal spring waters which have run off the edge of a nearby plateau for millions of years created Pamukkaleandrsquo;s fantastic fairyland of stalactites, cataracts & basins which attract visitors from all over the world. Whilst in Pamukkale, swim in pools filled with warm, soothing thermal waters, explore the white limestone terraces & relax in hot springs which have been used since Roman times for their therapeutic powers. After lunch (included), youandrsquo;ll head to the ancient city of Hierapolis, built in the 2nd century BC as a thermal spa.
