They can be used with standard 16/30-grade silica s&. The Lacron range is designed to cater for all residential applications from small above ground pools, through to larger inground domestic installations, whilst the larger filters are primarily designed for light commercial applications.

Please Note. This filter does not come with sand as the weight is restricted by our couriers. You will need 50kg of 0.4-0.8mm (16/32) silica sand which is available at many builders merchants. This usually consists of 2 x 25kg bags which costs in the region of £20.
