Contemporary artist Minty is known for his wheat paste-ups, which have enlivened the streets of Brighton with their bold & brave aesthetic. The portrait of a 1950s, comic strip woman dominates the print, her blonde hair falling around her anxious face. Ben Day dots are spaced across her visage in the same soft pink as her long nails, while blue tears drip from her blue eyes, which match the colour of her lips. A streak of pigment dashes across the print in the same pink & blue tones for a bold counterpoint & a fantastically harmonious colour-clash, capturing all of the raw & dynamic energy of street art in a limited edition print.
