Loaded with details like circles, lines, swirls & grooves it is an interesting, highly textured, impasto painting. Once all the colour was added a darker wash was applied to antique it & help bring out all the grooves & notches. This original painting looks great against a rust coloured wall or pale yellow. I've tried it with both wall colours & was very happy with the result. If you have dark leather furniture that is an added bonus as it matches the richness of dark leather or wood.
