The Shannon 4ft small double is manufactured in the UK & boasts a combination of body-moulding memory foam & body-contouring pocket springs. It features a soft to touch bamboo cover that is recognised for its hypo-allergenic qualities, whilst its breathable venting system allows better heat dispersion away from your body. The deep 75mm layer of memory foam is temperature sensitive, designed to soften when it comes into contact with warm surfaces & moulds itself to your body shape. This reduces pressure points on your body, creates better blood circulation & results in less tossing & turning by evenly distributing your body weight. Piston-like support is provided to each part of the sleeper’s body, as the mattress features totally independent springs that are not affected by the one next to it. Each pocket spring is housed in its own individual cloth sleeve resulting in a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact.
