We strongly recommend that anyone looking for the cheapest underlay makes sure that the product they choose will do the job. Step 60 is fully certified to meet British Standards & can be used anywhere around the home except stairs. Step 60 is more than just a cheap underlay for carpets, its 7.00mm thick sponge rubber waffle will provide a good degree of comfort & is especially suited to guest bedrooms.
