Installation is key here either on a permanent or temporary basis so it's best to think about if you'll be using it in a window or if you'll be building it into your wall for minimum footprint. If you're using it in a window then you'll need to make sure you have a sliding window that opens vertically or you cut through the glass it may not be suitable to use with any window that opens sideways or outwards. You may also need a set of mounting brackets to ensure the air conditioner stays firmly in place (unless you build a custom frame or sit it on the ground).
