Product Description

Bodegas Pirineos, named after the Pyreneean backdrop to this massive Catalan winery, is one of only 3 outfits making nearly all the wines in Somontano (between Rioja & Barcelona). Having nurtured hundreds of growers since the 60s, Pirineos now offer a fascinating array of wines. This rich white, from grapes ripened to sweetness on the vine, brings together the spice of Gewurztraminer with the ripe fruit of Chardonnay & the opulence of Macabeo. At its best with spicy seafood.
