Run by two young brothers, Mark & Alexandre Bachelet, whose energy, enthusiasm, know-how & ability all translate into excellent & accomplished wines. Rarely have we been so inspired by two such young fanatics, who appear to have chewed off about as much as they can vinify &8211; but are obviously more than able & terrifically keen to make this re-worked family estate a domaine of note. Their first vintage was in 2005, & they have now adopted a method of pruning which encourages smaller bunches & grapes, which in turn give greater skin-to-juice ratio, with more colour & intensity.
