Product Description

Black tea, wood-smoke, savoury meaty aromas. violet & red fruit
- plums & raspberries. Medium weight, forward & classy as befits one of the Côtes de Nuits most highly rated growers. Anne is a member of the legendary Burgundian Gros family. Based in Vosne Romanee, her vineyard work is dictated by her deep respect for the soil, her land & the greater environment, so ploughing & tilling are the order of the day. Her custom built barrel cellar has more in common with a top Bordelais chateaus than with the average Burgundian cellar. Her wines show elegance & style, & need several years to show themselves off at their best. As organic as you can get, without being certified.
