Spend a day combining two adrenaline pumping sports. You will spend the morning learning how to rock climb on the sandstone of Harrisons Rocks. You will learn safety awareness, climbing techniques & climbing etiquette. After a 40 minute break for lunch, you will travel to the abseiling location. Here you will then spend the afternoon abseiling down a purpose-built 33ft abseil tower. Once you’ve mastered the basics, the instructors will give you the option to take up various challenges including abseiling with no hands or even blindfolded abseiling... are you feeling brave enough? Once you arrive on site you will receive a safety briefing before being shown how to use the equipment. You will spend the first four hours climbing, before stopping for 40 minutes to have lunch & then travel to the abseiling location. You will then spend two hours abseiling on a purpose built tower.
