Anyone who has watched the professionals whipping up a delicious dish on television & wished that they had the skills to make magic in the kitchen will love the opportunity to learn from a professional with a cookery demonstration gift experience. Your day will include demonstrations from a professional chef & plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you may have about how to ensure that every dish you prepare has a little flair. Whether it’s learning the essential skills you need to prepare food perfectly, finding out how to combine flavours & textures to give you the confidence to get creative with your cooking, or just the chance to learn the tricks of the trade from someone in the know, this experience is a gift which keeps on giving. Your typical experience will start with a warm welcome complimented with refreshments on your arrival. A qualified chef will then provide you with a cookery demonstration in a fun atmosphere where you will witness the cooking of several dishes in the theme of the lesson. Depending on the location, your demonstration will take place in a purpose built cooking school or the more intimate surroundings of a proffesionals home. You will either get to taste food along the way or sit down to a meal at the end, comprising of the dishes that were cooked in front of you. Themes will vary throughout the year at each school. To give you a flavour of whats available, classes may include canapes, baking & cakes, pastries & desserts Mediterranean, vegetarian dishes or curries & side dishes. Please check themes & dates on booking. Demonstration sessions will be occurring a minimum of 4 dates a month depending on demand & availability. * Locations marked with a (2) allow two participants to take this experience.
