Situated in London's bustling Spitafields, this class is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth, sugary curiosity & a creative flare. To begin the class, you will both be welcomed with glass of Prosecco, beer or a soft drink as you discover the science, history & art behind confectionery. Before you both get stuck in to creating, a team of professional Candy Makers will demonstrate the best techniques to produce a hard candy creation that will almost look good enough NOT to eat! Don't worry if your creation doesn't quite mirror your good looks straight away, as you will have few attempts to perfect your technique before your final design. With gluten GM & gelatine free ingredients, your creations will be cruelty free, as well as intricately designed & utterly delicious. Grab your apron & get stuck in! To commemorate your experience, a photo of you & your creations will be added to Spun Candy's exclusive Wall of Fame.
