The experience takes place at The Land Girls Cookery School, a charming place that offers a friendly, relaxed, informal yet informative cooking classes for complete novices to professional chefs & bakers. All of the classes are hands on, meaning that you will be doing everything step by step alongside the tutor, & this way you have their full attention & expertise. With this experience you will learn the basics of good bread making including choosing the right flour, kneading techniques, proving methods, shaping, toppings & baking, wrapping, presentation, storage & use by dates.
