Benefit from Thinsulate insulation in virtually all weather conditions, from cool autumn days to Siberian winters!
Main features of 3M Thinsulate are:
enhanced insulation properties over normal materials.
Softer & lighter in weight than equivalent materials.
enhanced freedom of movement & more compressible too.
More breathable, reduces build up of moisture from sweat.
Machine washable & may be dry cleanable too.

Thinsulate is one of the warmest clothing insulations on the market yet still thin enough to allow complete freedom of movement. Thinsulate insulation works by trapping air molecules between you & the outside. The more air a material traps in a given space, the greater its insulating value. Because the microfibres in Thinsulate insulation are much finer than other fibres, they trap more air in less space, which naturally makes it a better insulator. So whilst 3M haven't repealed the laws of nature with their thin insulation; they have simply obeyed it better & to your advantage!
