If you need to add external storage to your desktop or server computers using legacy hard disks, the USB (Universal Serial Bus)-HD3.5-A could be the solution.

It is a stylish,  aluminium manufactured desktop hard disk  (HDU) enclosure for the popular IDE hard disk interface. 

Using the USB2.0 interface,  data can be transferred to & from computers up to around 480 Mbps.

Ideal for reusing existing 3.5 inch hard disks, the USB (Universal Serial Bus)-HD3.5-A allows anyone
- even with little technical knowledge
- to quickly install such a drive. Full tooling and instructions are supplied.

For business users & home workers this caddie is fully compatible with integral vendor & most third-party back-up apps, making it faster than traditional tape or cloud based systems.

It's fully compatible & driverless with almost all operating systems including  Windows, Mac OS X & Linux. A vertical design footprint means it takes up less space & it's supplied with a st&. 

* There's no limit on storage capacity that the enclosure can support
- although this may depend on a computer's BIOS.
