Install the " Cleverdog" APP: Android: Please search "cleverdog" at the Google play store for Apple users: Please search "cleverdog" at the Apple App store. The camera will be temporarily unable to connect to the network when the server is being upgraded, please keep trying if this happens, If you have any questions, please contact us.

Requires Windows 7 & above, Android 4.0 & up, IOS 7.0 & above, these cameras are not currently compatible with MAC operating systems

Note: this is the Wi Fi version & does not support 3G or 4G. The majority of home networks are running on 2.4 G Hz. The Clever Dog will work with all home network routers using 2.4 G Hz wireless frequency. If you are using a 5 G Hz router then you will need to set up another network using a 2.4 G Hz frequency.
