An email address & telephone number must be given at the point of ordering so that delivery may be arranged. Refunds/ Exchanges We can certainly refund/exchange your item within the 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, however, you must return the item at your own cost. If you wish to arrange a refund/exchange please send an email in the first instance to cs@yougarden.com with your order number included. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your item has been received back & inspected then your refund/exchange will be processed. In the event of a refund, please note that original delivery costs levied at the time of ordering are non-refundable.
