Kang Ye Won ( Insane) is a Part-Time Spy in the comedy-drama directed by Kim Deok Soo ( Dad for Rent). The actress combats a telephone scam with Han Chae Ah ( The Merchant: Gaekju 2015), who plays a foul-mouthed detective in the action-packed crime comedy. Part-Time Spy also co-stars Nam Gung Min ( Good Manager), Jo Jae Yoon ( House of the Disappeared) & Kim Min Kyo ( Fabricated City).

Despite her countless qualifications, longtime intern Jang Young Sil (Kang Ye Won) only gets a contract job at the National Security Agency. After being fired from the agency, she discovers that her boss (Jo Jae Yoon) lost the agencys budgetary funds to a phone fraud scheme. To secure a full-time position in the agency, Young Sil infiltrates the voice-phishing group, which is led by gentle & good-looking con artist Min Seok (Nam Gung Min), to recover the money. There she meets ill-tempered undercover cop Na Jung An (Han Chae Ah) & they team up to crack down on the phishing ring.
