The film depicts the lives of three sisters in the seaside city of Kamakura & the changes they undergo when they take in their 13-year-old half-sister after meeting her for the first time at their estranged fathers funeral.

Two of Japans most popular actresses, Ayase Haruka & Nagasawa Masami share screen for the first time as the eldest sister, a level-headed nurse who heads the household, & the second sister, an easygoing bank clerk who makes bad relationship choices, while Kaho ( Blindly in Love) plays the 19-year-old third sister & young rising star Hirose Suzu their little half-sister.
