Ngor is a patient of the mental hospital, but she tricks her elder sister into swapping identities with her.

Once outside, Ngor sets out to find her adulterous ex-husband (James Wong). In the process, she meets a millionaire (Cantonese Opera artist Tang Wing Cheung) & a postman (action director Mang Hoi) who has a secret love for Sheung. In the mean time, with a large assortment of insane people (both hospital staff & inmates) in her company, Sheung grows fond of her new life in the hospital. Not even her fiance (Eric Tsang) can convince her to go back to the outside world again!
