Hardheaded film editor Jiang Yang (William Chan) wants to become a director, but his dream & stubborness create misunderstandings in his relationship with girlfriend Qian Qian (Jessica Jung). Meanwhile, his protege Xiao Yan (Tina Tang) mistakenly places copyrighted music into the final cut of a film, & now they have to find the songwriter to get permission before the film opens. Both nearing rock bottom, Jiang Yang & Xiao Yan end up on a crazy journey together to find the elusive songwriter.
