After losing their parents to a car accident, Jang Woo (Joo Won) & his younger sister Eun Ji (Ryu Hye Young) have only each other. Jang Woo is very protective of Eun Ji, & hopes to move from their small hometown to the city so that his sister can have a better life. Then everything comes crashing down one day. Eun Ji suddenly disappears, & her body turns up a few days later. Ostracized because of her unsettling ability to foresee death, town outcast Si Eun (Lee Yoo Young) had premonitions of Eun Jis death but didnt speak up about them. Overcome with guilt, she approaches Jang Woo to help find Eun Jis murderer. Guided by her visions of the next victim, Jang Woo identifies the possible perpetrator as friendly neighborhood pharmacist Min (Yu Hae Jin), but the police refuse to believe him.
