The actioner is about Hong Kong cop Ho (Lui Chi Yin) & his wife (Carrie Ng) who decided to emigrate to New York City. Their new life is dealt a huge blow the day Ho reports duty to the NYPD, when his new co-workers are killed in a gang attack. Ho ends up selling hotdog at Times Square. Meanwhile, his wife is befriended by wealthy businessman Mr. Chan & his wife, who teaches her how to make money in Manhattan. Ho, secretly recruited by the police as an undercover, is assigned to investigate Chans criminal background. The love & hate between two Chinese couples intertwine in Manhattan with deadly consequences...
