Product Description

Former Chinese gymnast & Olympic gold medallist Liu Xuan toplines the highly anticipated period kung fu drama as her first starring vehicle since joining TVB. Set in 1920s Guangzhou where martial clubs were found everywhere, Grace Under Fire assembles an impressive cast to support her, including popular stars like Bosco Wong, Kenneth Ma, Fala Chen, Raymond Wong, Edwin Siu, Kenny Wong, Eddie Kwan, & veteran actors David Chiang, Dominic Lam, & Yueh Hua. They all play second fiddle to the elegant Liu Xuan, whose athletic agility comes in handy for the numerous action scenes in the drama, since she takes on the central role as Mok Kwai Lan, the fourth wife of legendary kung fu master Wong Fei Hung (David Chiang). Master Wong recognizes Moks immense talent for kung fu & becomes her martial arts mentor. Smitten with her master
- despite him being 40 years her senior
- Mok eventually marries him against the publics disapproval. After the passing of Master Wong, our heroine takes it upon herself to advance his extraordinary legacy.
