When his ex-boss Mr. Browns son is kidnapped, retired cop Fan (Alex Man) returns from America to help, & he manages to rescue the boy with the aid of Browns foster son Jack (Andy Lau). Little do they know, however, that the kidnap is the consequence of Brown stealing a huge sum of money belonged to the Japanese mafia.
