PG, or "e; Promotion Girls, "e; refer to young women, often scantily clad, who are hired to push products in shops & promotion campaigns. PG, such as beer promotion girls, can be seen just about everywhere in Hong Kong. Produced by Patrick Kong & directed by Charlie Choi, the racy PG Love follows a group of girls whose lives change after becoming PG.
Phoenix (Jacqueline Chong) was once the hottest promotion girl in town in her younger days, but she quit in the name of love. After going through many trials, she returns to the business a few years later, only to find that opportunities are now limited at her age. She begins to regain her self-confidence after meeting Happy (Bob Lam). College students Vicky (Alycia Chan) & Sammy (Vivian Law) have no qualms about flaunting their figures as they hope to attract attention through their PG work as a stepping stone for entering the model industry. Ching (Angie Shum) secretly becomes a beer promoter in order to save money for a vacation with her boyfriend (Edward Ma), but their relationship unravels when he finds out about her side job. Hostesses Sugar (Jumbo Tsang) & Candy (Anita Chui) are both very popular with men & skilled at stealing from horny clients. The two friends turn on each other when they set their eyes on the same banker (Alan Luk) who has a secret of his own.
