- Peneds DOBeautiful, full & dry sparkling white wine. Light yellow with a small green tint. Exuberant scent, spicy, & fresh with hints of banana, melon, apricot & apple. Powerful mousse, fresh flavour, perfectly balanced. The dry finish is long with good acidity. This Cava is made from the Macabeo & Parellada Xarello grapes. Lorentz Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kirchberg 2007 You will not be able to resist the exotic fruit notes of banana & lychee of this Gewrztraminer 2004. Silky & concentrated on the palate, this wine is excellent with fish or white meats. Chteau l' Eglise
- Montagne Saint Emilion 2007 Although less famous than Saint Emilion, this appellation also produces exquisite wines. Situated in the north of Saint Emilion, Montagne Saint Emilion has an excellent terroir to produce red wines. Marked by spice & fresh fruits on the nose, this wine is full-bodied & well-balanced on the palate & long on the finish. Casa Safra Reserva 2004, Alicante Aged in oak for 12 months & in bottle for 2 years, this velvety wine is striking dark red in colour with a violet rim. The complex nose is spicy with caramel & fruit notes. On the palate, the wine is rustic, solid, with herb & earthy flavours. The wine has a good acidity on the finish. Indomita Quintus Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Gran Reserva, Maipo Valley Indomita is a prestigious Bodega in Chile. The complex nose on the Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva 2007 bursts with red fruits, blackcurrant & caramel. On the palate, the wine is elegant with silky & well-balanced tannins.
